Booking Process
We want to make booking with us as easy as possible, so this is the procedure we will follow:
- We will discuss with you the exact requirements and details for your event, either on the telephone or by email (meetings can be arranged at your venue but with a small supplement)
- When all the details have been agreed we will send you a booking contract which includes our terms and conditions and all the details for your event.
- At this point we ask you to check all of the information carefully, then sign and return the document to us.
- No deposit is required at this time, we do however ask for full payment 2 weeks before the event date
- Your event is now booked and you can concentrate on deciding the selection of songs that will go on your ‘Top 30 Song List’ – LET THE DEBATE BEGIN!
