Booking Process

We want to make booking with us as easy as possible, so this is the procedure we will follow:

  1. We will discuss with you the exact requirements and details for your event, either on the telephone or by email (meetings can be arranged at your venue but with a small supplement)
  2. When all the details have been agreed we will send you a booking contract which includes our terms and conditions and all the details for your event.
  3. At this point we ask you to check all of the information carefully, then sign and return the document to us.
  4. No deposit is required at this time, we do however ask for full payment 2 weeks before the event date
  5. Your event is now booked and you can concentrate on deciding the selection of songs that will go on your ‘Top 30 Song List’ – LET THE DEBATE BEGIN!
